On September 1st, 2015 and ending on September 1st , 2016, Liviakis Financial Communications, Inc. (“LFC”) was retained by Eco- Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. in various consulting capacities including strategic management planning, investor relations and other business development responsibilities. LFC shall be compensated U.S. $5,000 per month for the duration of agreement.
